Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • The guest who makes the reservation (the name on the rental agreement) must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire length of the stay. That guest must arrive first, as the check-in packet will only be released to them. No exceptions.
  • More information is emailed between booking and arrival.

Property Access

  • Rental includes access to indoor and outdoor community pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, an infinity pool, an indoor lazy river, and both adults-only and kiddie pools. In cooler months, at least one outdoor pool is typically heated.
  • Access to the onsite fitness center (Beach Fit) is included.
  • Complimentary shuttle service to onsite amenities, including between towers/pool complex and houses, is included.
